100 Helpful Web Tools for Every Kind of Learner
A learning style is a way in which an individual approaches learning. Here are some great tools that can be used to attempt to cater to these individual learning styles, no matter what it is.
I started a Flickr photo stream for math vocabulary. Students take pictures of real life objects that represent one of our vocab words. A one way sign is a ray, 2 students standing next to one another can represent parallel lines. Flickr is great for visual students.
That's a great "out of the box" use for Flickr in your math class. It's always a challenge, at least at the HS level, to get buy in from math and science folks to think like this... Please share Flickr stream
